Limited Warranty on Dynamic Network Factory, Inc. Computer Products - (Valid Only In USA)
DNF warrants to the original consumer purchaser that DNF's Computer Products carrying the DNF brand name shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) one year after the original date of purchase. At its option, DNF will repair or replace at no charge such DNF products, which prove to be defective within such warranty period. This limited warranty shall not apply if the DNF product has been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, service or modification by anyone other than an DNF authorized center, or any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
The original consumer purchaser must return the Registration Card or submit the Registration Form below as a condition precedent to warranty coverage and performance. To receive in-warranty service, a defective product must be delivered to DNF not later than (1) one week after the end of the warranty period. The product must be accompanied by proof of date of purchase satisfactory to DNF and with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by DNF.
Purchaser must pay all delivery costs or shipping charges to return any defective DNF brand product or component under this warranty policy. DNF assumes no liability for any loss or damage occurring during shipment. The product or part returned should be packaged securely and be insured for its full value. Replacement/repaired DNF brand products and components covered under this warranty policy will be delivered or shipped freight prepaid to the purchaser within the domestic United States. Purchasers outside of the United States must pay all delivery costs or shipping charges for replacement/repaired DNF brand products and components.
Reasonable effort has been made to ensure that DNF manuals and promotional material accurately describes DNF product specifications and capabilities at the time of publication. However, because of on-going improvements and updating of DNF products, DNF can not guarantee the accuracy of printed materials after the date of publication and disclaims liability for changes, errors or omissions. DNF assumes no liability for any downtime, loss of data, or damage to data on any DNF brand product as a result of exchanging parts, repair, or failure of any parts. Backups must be periodically made of all data on DNF brand products and before any upgrades, part removal, or part replacements.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE.
The sole and exclusive obligation of DNF (Manufacturer) shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
